In this introductory program, teachers will develop their skills by learning effective strategies for teaching students with exceptional needs, writing Individual Education Plans, facilitating parent meetings, and collaborating with colleagues. CULLOWHEE - The North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teaching (NCCAT) has added communication and collaborative tools for presenters and participants while they are on the Cullowhee campus. Teachers have the opportunity to learn from and use the state of the art technology in our Makerspace lab.
