Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies
We need someone who is…
- A Food Prep Master: Experience cooking for large groups and understanding raw food portioning.
- Sanitation Savvy: Familiar with NC food safety codes and ServSafe standards (certification required within 6 months).
- An Equipment Pro: Skilled with commercial kitchen tools like kettles, steamers, slicers, fryers, and mixers.
- A Recipe Follower + Flavor Innovator: Able to read and follow recipes while bringing your own flair to the plate.
- A Great Communicator: Able to take instructions and give them when it’s your turn to lead.
