Congratulations again to Robert Ballard, automotive instructor at Chapel Hill High. Mr. Ballard was formally recognized by Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools Board of Education for his accomplishment as runner-up for the 2022 NCCAT Career and Technical Education Teacher of the Year Award. Mr. Ballard was joined at the Board meeting by representatives of NCCAT - Deputy Executive Director Dr. Karen Sumner and Development Associate Emily Langdon, as well as some familiar faces from CTE and Chapel Hill High.
