About Rethink Education Program
Rethink Education is a new state-wide effort to strengthen remote learning across North Carolina’s K-12 schools. The initiative is fully funded by a US Department of Education grant in response to COVID-19.
The program is specifically aligned to support K-8 learning and access to excellent instruction. Additionally, targeted support is available for the 45 most economically distressed and rural counties. The training portion of this program is open to N.C. districts, through a cohort model.
For more information about Cohort 3, please visit https://www.dpi.nc.gov/rethinkeducation and visit the Rethink Education Resources for Districts and Schools section.
