Applications for the North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teaching Honored Educator Scholarship program are being accepted until April 30th. The Honored Educator Scholarship Program pays tribute to outstanding educators and individuals whose teaching or influence in public education has made a positive difference in the lives of others. Scholarship funds provide:

instruction and program materials
-
substitute teacher reimbursement
-
teacher travel—excluding expenses for hotel stays while traveling to or from campus

lodging and meals while on the NCCAT campus

$250 for classroom use
Each fully endowed scholarship is awarded:

annually to a full-time North Carolina teacher

based on criteria determined by scholarship benefactor

Complete only a single application. You will be considered for any scholarship for which you qualify.

Enrollment in an NCCAT program is not required in order to apply for a scholarship.

If you are awarded a scholarship, you must select and attend an NCCAT program by the upcoming academic school year
