This course focuses on how to engage students in authentic problem-solving. Strategies and resources are shared that provide opportunities for students to think critically and persevere in problem-solving. This course is best aligned for teachers who teach students in grades 3-8.

How much credit can I earn?

NCCAT Online courses are self-paced modules. Depending on the course, participants can earn 5 or 10 contact hours.

We recommend educators check with their school district to verify acceptance of contact hours from the NCCAT Online courses towards CEUs.

Certificates will be emailed by the end of the quarter for those who successfully complete the course.
