Ocracoke residents and others in surrounding communities are beginning the recovery process from the devastating damage of Hurricane Dorian. The Development Foundation of the North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teaching, Inc., has established the NCCAT Hurricane Dorian Employee Relief Fund to provide support for affected NCCAT current and past staff on Ocracoke Island. Our thoughts and hearts go out to all those on Ocracoke Island and others affected by Hurricane Dorian.
