Martin County Schools work on Google Tools at NCCAT

Thank you to educators from Martin County Schools, who are with us for a "Research and Development Team" program on Google Tools in Schools this week in Ocracoke. Great work!

Teachers will use Google tools to:

- Engage students in creative ways that capture their attention, keep up with changing technology, and encourage students to become independent learners.

- Engage parents in their children's classroom and school.

- Improve the efficiency and accuracy of class feedback and assessment.

- Connect with other educators across the state to form supportive networks using interactive technology.

Lisa Adams, Instructional Technology Specialist in Martin County Schools led the effort. Lisa has worked with NCCAT before. She presented at an effort with Davidson County on Google Chromebooks.
